What are the charges for using an eBlue Visa debit card?

• Foreign currency (non-US$) ATM withdrawals: 2.5% of withdrawal at current exchange rate (debited from your card balance after 24hrs)

• ATM withdrawal fee: US$3 (taken from your card per ATM withdrawal)

• Monthly card maintenance fee: US$2 (taken from your card balance monthly)

• Purchase fee: US$1 (taken from your card balance per transaction)

• Declined fee: US$1.25 (taken from your card balance if a transaction is declined from lack of funds)

• Chargeback fee: US$35.00 Bank charge if you open a dispute on a transaction (purchase of online goods etc)

• Inactive fee: US$10 (taken from your card balance if card is not used for 3 months)

How do I get one of these Visa debit cards?
We do not issue cards directly to customers. Your merchant partner will advise you of how to obtain an eBlue Visa debit card. Please contact them for more information.

How do I become a merchant to be able to offer my customers these cards?
This service is only available to existing BPT Media Inc clients at this time, sorry.

How do I see my card balance?
Your merchant partner will provide you with a web site login when they first activate and load your Visa card with money.

Where do I get my PIN number?
You will be given your initial PIN number by your merchant partner when they first activate your Visa card. The PIN number will not be sent by postal mail, but will be available to you when your merchant first loads and activates your Visa card.

What if I loose my card?
Treat your VISA debit card exactly the same as CASH. If you loose your card, you loose any cash loaded on it. The exact same card cannot be replaced. Only new cards can be issued with a zero balance.
